LEARN THE RULES
It is the committee Vice Chair’s responsibility to oversee changes to the rules and procedures. These changes take up most of our time in the first couple weeks of the legislative session. As you can see in the chart above, the Health & Welfare committee is second in pages only to Resources & Environment. I was surprised the Education committee didn’t have a higher page count.
